This is where I will work with you on a 1 to 1 basis using my Dual Adjustable Pulley Cable System (a multi use piece of equipment making strength training suitable for all), a new spin bike, various kettlebells... plus the usual equipment you find in a commercial gym.
HIIT classes (High Intensity Interval Training)
I run twice weekly HIIT Circuit classes via Zoom.
Core Strength & Stability
This improves your body’s ability to support and protect your lower back, whilst making your entire body stronger for any activity – not just helping you achieve that desirable flat stomach!
