I'm Emma Gregory and I live and work in Storrington, West Sussex.

I have a long-standing passion for fitness and have been on my own weight loss and fitness journey so feel I can offer my full support along the way.

I realised personally the benefits that being fit and healthy can give and I decided I wanted to help others benefit also - so I qualified as a Personal Trainer to pass on my experience, knowledge and enthusiasm.
